My SIM restaurant

I really got to do something about my tagging. It's the worst. Can't even find my own previous SIM post tagging! Gotta take a page from Nite and start tagging stuff properly. Anyway I am onto SIMS Freeplay sometime last year - available on Android and Itunes. I don't think I can really be detached from it. It's a my very own tamagochi.

Manage to get the young sister hooked but Horsey came along and he is the life version of SIMS for her. The app version (not to be confused with SIM CITY) has some limitations compared to the full version.

  1. The SIMS here are less interactive and if you don't make them do something, they just sit there idly and they don't even know how to choose the best seat.
  2. You can't choose multiple actions and lined them up in the order than you want. I find this extremely cumbersome as you literally had to watch them finish one task or time it so you can check the app around the time the SIM finish his/her task.
  3. Limited furniture and layout design. I find it annoying that I can't do a nested room within a room. So ensuite have to protrude. Tsk....
  4. There are no computer generated SIMS. Hence if you want to make friends you have to add a SIM. There is a quota of SIMS you can have for each level. Frustrating when I am rich, have vast empty land and big houses and buildings but no SIM staying in it. Tsk tsk....
I can go on and on, but aside the grumble I do like the quests structure that they have. I am really proud of the restaurant that I build, most of the time it is empty given I only have 27 citizens and they are all busy earning me money. Last few weeks I suddenly have wahyu, what is the fun of having all these buildings and not playing with it. So I get a household of chefs (yes and they are all masterchef) to operate the restaurant and get some folks to dine.

This is the ground floor of my restaurant La Sim. The bar is upstairs.

This is close up of SIMS dining away with life music in the background. Quite posh.

After a hard day's work, we have Nicole Parker chilling at the bar. She is the one ordering the drink. A glass of cocktail cost $2500 and fills up all your bars immediately. To the left is Erin who is looking for a hookup.

And yes there is a function to hit on the SIM at bar and at the end of the action they share a kiss. Very fast way to make them fall in love and build relationship.

And here we have Andre and XioMi (as in the phone), they are the first citizens of my SIM town. I should have named them Adam and Eve. They are a married couple with a teenager daughter and a toddler son. Sometimes parents do need to get away to rekindle to romance and spark.

I kinda like doing this kinda mock up. I have a disco pub that is never used. With the new Sunset Mall build I can now have them all wear sexy clothes and hit the disco.

Won't you like to see that? I take that as yes!
